We ship items with two Couriers -

1.Royal Mail 48h tracked parcel.

This service states 2-3 working days for 48h delivery, but due to COVID-19 it now states 1-7 working days.

 

Please note: there isn’t much we can do once parcels have been sent until 10 working days. This meaning we won’t be prioritising messages regarding delayed parcels, please only contact us when it’s been up to 10 working days from dispatch!

 

Please order at your own risk as we can not be held responsible for delays. We will not be allowing refunds based on delays like this. Some items may turn up slightly damaged (nothing major just a few knocks and bumps) which we also can’t be held responsible for.

2. Royal Mail 24hr tracked parcel option which states 1-2 day delivery which is a slightly higher price. Again, it's hard to have complete control but tracking numbers are always available for you to look at! :)

All products are securely wrapped in tightly sealed packaging, ensuring your cookies and treats are fresh and well contained.

All products should last a week if kept correctly - especially onced warmed in the microwave for 25 seconds!

(You can also freeze them for up to one month!)
