  • How do I place an order?
    There are 2 ways to do this: - Order through the online site www.lozzascookiebars.com - Order through my Instagram page @ lozzascookiebars ♡
  • Can I customise my order?
    Of course you can! If there's a flavour you want that isn't listed or you want anything specific added please drop me a message and we can get this sorted! I'm super flexible and confident working with any flavour so definitely get in touch!
  • Returns & Refunds Policy
    We have worked hard to put the correct Returns and Refund policies in place. We will allow refunds for.. - If we get the address wrong - If you cancel the order up to 2 days before we bake your order. We will not be refunding if.. - Postage messes up during shipping. This means the box was baked to order, posted on time to the right address but Royal Mail have lost or delayed your order as this is completely out of our hands. - You put the wrong address. All cookies are baked to order and we do not accept returns. As all items are fresh baked, we do not offer refunds, due to the perishable nature of the products. Thank you for respecting our conditions, we will always work our best to keep everyone happy & enjoying our products!
  • Postage Details and T&C's
    We ship items via Royal Mail 48h tracked parcel. This service states 2-3 working days for 48h delivery, but due to COVID-19 it now states 1-7 working days. Please note: there isn’t much we can do once parcels have been sent until 10 working days. This meaning we won’t be prioritising messages regarding delayed parcels, please only contact us when it’s been up to 10 working days from dispatch! Please order at your own risk as we can not be held responsible for delays. We will not be allowing refunds based on delays like this. Some items may turn up slightly damaged (nothing major just a few knocks and bumps) which we also can’t be held responsible for. expense. We also have a Royal Mail 24 Tracked option which states 1-2 day delivery which is a slightly higher price. Again, it's hard to have complete control but tracking numbers are always available for you to look at! :)
  • What if I can't collect on the day the slot is given?
    This is no trouble at all! Simply drop us an email or message via social media to give us the heads up that day doesn't work - we can try and move the slot, or you can collect over the following few days. They stay fresh for 6-7 days so we can be flexible. Just let us know! :) If we don't hear from you regarding picking up your order once it's ready, you will have 24 hours to collect. We will send a pick up ready email, and also attempt to message you but if you don't respond we will not hold them for longer than midday the following day.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Not yet unfortunatley! This is definitely a goal of mine for this business! At the moment I ship anywhere in the UK and Northern Ireland (small price increase for NI)
  • When will my order arrive?
    As my website is open 24/7 to put orders in, I do get very booked up! I don't have an online diary so take it into my own time to get you your very own slot! I will send you a slot information email once this has been arranged - from the date you're booked in, it will arrive within 1-2 days and also tracked! :)
